About Perkins Exteriors
Wayne Perkins began his construction career in 1977 as an inside carpenter for Southern Cross Lumber in Hazelwood, Missouri, which was at the time the largest lumberyard in the St. Louis metro area.
There he learned how to install windows and doors and earned his Class A carpenter status through the Local 1596. Fourteen years later he joined Anderson Window Service as a field supervisor where he was responsible for a six state region.
Then in 1999, with 22 years of valuable experience under his belt, it was time to open his own company. Since then Wayne has enjoyed working on all kinds of homes throughout St. Louis and St. Charles counties.
